However Biotin-HPDP has very low solubility in a solvent, and it is necessary to dissolve it by using an organic solvent such as DMSO or DMF. The preparation of this solution is time-consuming.Biotin-HPDP(WS) solution is a novel water-soluble biotin-labeling reagent that overcomes the problems of Biotin-HPDP by dramatically improving its solubility in water.
